DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 9th Annual Thumbs Up 5K & 10K Run/Walk/Bike event in support of mental health and suicide prevention\, Saturday\, September 17 at the Woodland Hills Regional Park in Elk River. This community first\, family focused event raises money and awareness to help families\, friends and loved ones who have lost someone to suicide. The event runs from 7:00am to 2:00pm\, and in addition to the 5K and 10K run/walk/bike\, you'll find numerous activities and special spaces where friends and family can share their support for a loved one or themselves who may be struggling with mental illness.
