Tim began working as a community liaison in the 90's\, encouraging and holding training seminars for local businesses\, schools\, and specifically designed training programs for Chamber\, Rotary\, and VFW groups.\n\n \n\nTim specializes in providing training for a variety of institutions and businesses including risk assessments\, threat assessments\, negotiations\, customer service\, marketing techniques and conflict resolution.\n\n \n\nTim Trocke has served as a Critical Incident Stress Manager\, Emergency Medical Technician and served as a Deputy Coroner in Minnesota.  Tim is currently employed as a Criminal Defense Investigator for the Minnesota Board of Public Defense and owns a private investigation firm.  Tim also teaches part time as criminal justice\, legal\, and business instructor.
