DESCRIPTION:Our Beater-Xsm Series is an entry level/grassroots form of auto racing consisting of compact cars and small trucks competing head to head on an all dirt race track. Adding to the excitement is a track layout that utilizes small rolling jumps\, elevation changes\, and tight corners to create an extreme form of auto racing the average guy can compete in. Cars will be lined up on a tiered starting line and race to the checkered flag. Think of it as motocross with a car! ERX will be hosting its Beater-Xsm Series as a Thursday night\, under the lights 6 race series. Points will be awarded at each event leading up to an overall Beater-Xsm Champion in each class.\n\n This is the opportunity for all you NASCAR\, dirt track fans to compete in an inexpensive form of auto racing. What does it take to get involved in Beater-X? Not much\, all you need to get in the action is a qualifying car or truck\, and a helmet!\n\n Now is the time to start looking for your racing vehicle. Review the list below of the current class offerings as well as a handful of suggested types and models of vehicles. In order to help first time racers and car builders\, ERX has lined up local welders who will outfit your vehicle with an approved roll cage system for aprox. $200 per car or truck. Take a look at our Beater-Xsm rules page for additional information regarding vehicle requirements.\n\n \n\n Spectator Info\n\n \n Races start at 6:00pm\n \n Spectator Pricing: Adults $10\, kids 6-12 years $5\, 5 & under are free\n \n Concessions are available at the track\n\n\n Racer Info\n\n Registration\n\n Pre-registration is highly recommended. These are limited format races and we will be forced to limit class sizes. Registration is available online and is only $30 ($40 for payout classes). Registration will close at midnight the day before the race. You may still register on race day between noon and 3pm\, but you will be charged a $10 late entry fee.\n\n Register Now!\n\n Raceday Schedule\n\n \n 3:00pm - Gate opens to drivers & pit crew\n \n 3:00pm-4:45pm - Tech inspection and Registration check-in\n \n 5:00pm-5:15pm - Drivers meeting in ERX Chalet (attendance required*)\n \n 5:15pm-5:45pm - Hot laps - 2 laps (attendance required*)\n \n 6:00pm - Races start\n\n\n You don't have to just be a racer to enjoy our Beater-Xsm competition. Spectators are encouraged to attend and cheer on your favorite Beater-Xsm driver. Outside bleacher seating is available and you can always get out of the weather in our new ERX Motor Park Chalet. VIP booth rental is also available.
