SUMMARY:Healthy Families Night
DESCRIPTION:Putting an End to Childhood Obesity in our Community.\n\n	Please join us for the First Annual Healthy Families in Elk River at the Boys & Girls Club. This event is free and along with helpful tools & information for parents we will have fun learning activites for kids. \n\n	\n\n	"I grew up overweight\, in fact I first weighed over 200lbs before the age of 13. My battle with obesity continued as an adult when at one point I weighed 330lbs. Through my personal struggles as a child\, adult\, and now as a parent I have learned what is necessary to put an end to the battle of Obesity. This battle begins as a child for many of us and as parents\, we need to equip our children with the right tools to protect them from the pain and frustration of being overweight. While the outcome may seem dim. I'm living proof that we can win the battle of Obesity\, now and forever."\n\n	\n\n	-Russ Branjord\, CPT\, CFNC\, loser of 130lbs & author of Spike Diet\n\n	\n\n	Along with Russ\, we will also have at our event:\;\n\n	\n\n	Jessica N.
