TJQMBB represents an enhancement of traditional Tai Ji Quan aimed at improving postural stability\, awareness and mindful control of body positioning\, functional walking\, and range of motion around the ankle and hip joints. Each session consists of warm-up exercises\, a mix of core forms\, and brief cool-down exercises.
