DESCRIPTION:'To Do or Not to Do'   Downtown Redevelopment Joint Meeting on February 22 \n\n \n\nOn Monday\, February 22\, the City Council\, Economic Development Authority and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority will host a joint town-hall-style meeting at 5:30 p.m. at the Furniture and Things Community Event Center. The public is encouraged to attend this meeting and offer input on their future vision for Downtown Elk River. \n\n \n\nThe city owns and controls parcels of land downtown which make up the King Ave Parking Lot. City leaders have heard proposals for redevelopment of this area. There are no plans currently\, however your council and authorities are seeking community input for the vision of downtown Elk River. \n\n \n\nNo RSVP is required to provide your input on the future of Elk River's popular downtown streetscape.
