Continuing through Summer!! Sound Bath at the Red Barn
Unwind, restore, and realign with the healing power of sound. Join us inside the beautiful Red Barn at Trott Brook Farm Park for an immersive sound bath experience guided by Halo Heart Yoga & Sound.
Let the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other harmonic instruments wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and create a deep state of relaxation. This serene evening is the perfect midweek reset for your body, mind, and spirit.
