FULL TIME Customer Service Representative/Teller

Job Description

American National Bank has an immediate opening for a Full-time Customer

Service Representative to join the team at our Elk River location. The hours are

Monday- Friday 8-5

Candidate should possess strong customer service skills along with good organization

talents, attention to detail and flexibility. Candidate must be self-motivated,

and demonstrate initiative. High priority will be given to positive attitude with

relationship building skills.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

• Traditional Customer Service /Teller duties

• Effectively respond to customer inquiries regarding account status, problem

solving, products or services

• Cross selling of bank products and services

• Manage vault/teller cash in accordance to bank policy, procedures and standards

• Process night drop transactions and mail deposits

• Processing wire transfers

• Knowledge of new accounts and account maintenances with a good understand

ing of bank regulations and procedures

• Knowledge and experience of IRA’s is a benefit

• Possible cross training opportunities in other departments for the right candidate

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2 year minimum Customer Service/Sales experience

• Previous banking experience is required.
