Kate Johansen, Manager of Health, Transportation, and Civil Justice Policy for the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce, has worked in every branch of government, two state legislatures, and on Capitol Hill.
Stephanie Larkin Frost, Senior Policy Manager at HealthPartners, is responsible for comprehensive research and development of public policy positions related to state and federal legislation and rulemaking. She has focused intensively on federal health care reform and its implementation over the past two years.
