What To Expect

Our main goal for this event is to let the community know what local resources are available. We know it can be hard to figure out what is out there for assistance. It can be cumbersome to navigate a system with so many facets, so we want to bring everyone together, so you don’t have to do all the work and know you are not alone. 

It’s a kid-friendly event with face painting station and other activities for the kids. Lunch, winter coats, and free haircuts. You can expect to gain information at this event and have a great time! 

 Check in at the registration table. There will be a short form to fill out to help us better understand your needs and be able to guide you to the vendors that could best meet those needs. We will ask for information regarding what guests are in attendance, such as age, number of people in the household, how you heard about the event, etc. We will not ask for personal information. 

After registration, participants are encouraged to talk to as many vendors as you see fit. Many vendors offer services that might not be their primary role, so we encourage you to stop by their table even if you don’t think you will need them. Most vendors will also have essential items at their table to give away, so stop by and get what you need.
