Are you feeling overwhelmed and stressed from work, family obligations and other pressures? Take 2 and a half hours off and unwind thinking about your life, your life's purpose and how you relate to God. Readings, prayers and meditations relevant to your life will be given by a trained facilitator, Dr. Robert Cavanna.
