Description
Do you help an older relative or friend? Caring for someone with chronic illness such as dementia, heart disease, Parkinson's or stroke can be stressful physically, emotionally and financially.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an educational program designed to provide a wealth of self-care tools to improve their health, personal care, emotions and well-being.
This 6 session workshop starts on April 25th and will be held on Thursdays through May 30th, 2013. Start time is 1:30pm.
Meet us in the Riverside Room at Fairview Northland Hospital in Princeton.
