What is there to do in Elk River in the middle of February?
Have fun in the snow!
We invite you to come to Shiver Elk River, a family-friendly community winter weekend outdoors. Events include the Shiver Plunge, outdoor hockey tournament, a 5K/10K run, and live music on Friday and Saturday nights.
New features this year include a bean bag tournament, medallion hunt, dog sled rides, ice fishing clinic and a family snowmobile ride.
It's sure to be the most fun you'll have all Winter!
Most events at Lake Orono Park on the west side of Elk River at Highway 10 and Gary Street.
