Part-Time Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene at scheduled buildings ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. Buildings that we service include offices, schools, manufacturing, apartments and apartment cleaning after move-outs. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure high standards of cleanliness

Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas

Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop floors to maintain a clean and safe environment

Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with the locations policies

Restock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly

Assist with special project cleaning

Qualifications

Knowledge of general cleaning and window washing

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work

Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members

Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods  

Work with enthusiasm and have a desire to succeed

Buildings are generally within close proximity and technicians are paid for drive time. Necessary cleaning chemicals and tools are generally stored at each building.
