Mental Health Professional: 
Central MN Mental Health Center has an opportunity for a Full-Time Mental Health Professional in our Elk River Outpatient Mental Health Program. The Outpatient Therapist is responsible for treating clients with emotional, behavioral and mental disorders within a family-driven and trauma informed framework. Provider will work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team and staff; refer to other programs as needed. The duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provide therapy to individuals, family and groups in an outpatient setting
- Perform diagnostic assessments to determine a recipient’s eligibility for mental health services
- Respond appropriately to crisis situations and rapid screen needs of clients
- Participate in meetings conducive to Community Mental Health
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy
- License as an LP, LPCC, LICSW or LMFT
- Two years’ experience in out-patient therapy is preferred
- Experience work with Children/Adolescence preferred
- Medicare Eligible Provider preferred
- Clear DHS background study and sexual exploitations screening
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
- Is at least 21 years of age
