We are excited to share a new tool Fairview is launching to connect people with the resources they need.

As part of our Community Health Needs Assessment, we heard directly from our community partners about a desire for increased connection and awareness among community organizations and with healthcare providers.

In this session, you will learn more about Community Resource Connect, a free resource directory that shares local programs and services by topic area. The forum will demonstrate how to use the tool, overview available features and functions, and outline next steps you can take to improve your organization’s profile and visibility.
