Our friends at Guardian Angels have invited you to their vaccination clinic sponsored by Guardian Pharmacy!

Offered by: Guardian Pharmacy
Who is eligible: All adults 65 and older
Moderna vaccine will be offered. This vaccine requires two injections spaced roughly 28 days apart. Space is limited.
To reserve a time slot you must email ActivityCenter@ElkRiverMN.gov by March 31.
A face covering must be worn during your appointment. Please do not attend if you have symptoms of respiratory illness.
