WOMEN LEADING WOMEN: MAINTAINING BALANCE IN AN OVER-CONNECTED WORLD
These days, we are always on – anyone can get a hold of us at any time, on any device, right? Take time during this session to re-group and re-focus - at work, at home, and for you. Presented by a woman business owner (and mother of four), we’ll have a candid discussion on the pressures women may feel as they navigate their careers. Learn from the presenters (and others in the room) what works (and what doesn't). Let’s focus on building one another up as women professionals in business! This session is great for women who need to regroup in order to move on to the next big thing in their career. Some topics for discussion will include:
• Why it’s OK to say “no” and how to do it effectively
• Letting go of guilt (at work or otherwise)
• Balance and time management—tips and tricks
• 10 lessons learned for success (and more for moving up your chosen career ladder)
• The importance of supporting other women–we can all succeed!
