What If................ You could be healthier & help others do the same? Our panel speakers, will share their experiences and stories, along with the impact Juice Plus has made in their practices. We hope to share our hearts and inspire you to "take healthy back"

Karla Laackmann graduated from the University of Minnesota. She has a B.S. in Dental Hygiene. She enjoys educating people that the mouth is the gateway to the body. Karla will be the moderator for this event.
Dr. Bob Vaughn and his wife Kari grew up in Blaine and currently live in Athens Township with their son Griffin and daughter Grace. Outside the Office Dr. Vaughn enjoys spending time outside with his family, hunting, fishing, and playing sports. Dr. Vaughn also enjoys working out at Cross-fit. Dr. Vaughn graduated cum laude from Gustavus Adolphus College in 2002 with double majors in athletic training and health fitness as well as a minor in coaching. In 2011, Dr. Bob graduated magna cum laude Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Chiropractic College. Dr. Vaughn is currently pursuing his dipolmate in wellness through the International Chiropractic Association.
Kelly Lundvall lives in Plymouth, MN. She has a B.S. in Kinesiology and has been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years. It was at her local YMCA, where her passion for fitness and helping others began. Since then she has lived in three different states and worked in various capacities within the fitness industry from group fitness instructor and personal trainer to Fitness Director. She currently teaches at the YMCA and Lifetime Fitness, lectures throughout the country for Fitness Professionals and consults with families on simple changes towards better health. In her spare time, you will find Kelly supporting her two athletic daughter's: a competitive dancer and a competitive gymnast. Kelly loves to travel, read, snowboard, water ski, and run.
Sue Heil is a dietitian, mother of 7 and on a mission to help people realize that their health is within their control. Her many years of experience in the community and clinical setting along with raising her family of 9 has given a well rounded approach to nutrition, how it is vitally important to all of us and why we need to make it a priority in our lives. Simple lifestyle changes can make a huge impact in our lives.
Social hour 6:30 with event starting at 7:00 pm
