We’re looking for a Civil Engineer (0–5 years' experience) who wants to grow quickly, take on meaningful responsibility, and help shape retail, commercial, and residential developments across Minnesota and beyond.
What you'll actually do:
- Support site design and land development projects from concept through construction
- Assist in preparing grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans
- Perform stormwater calculations and basic modeling
- Contribute to plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (clients, municipalities, contractors)
- Participate in site investigations, zoning research, and utility coordination
- Take on increasing ownership of design components as your experience grows

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 0–5 years of experience (internships included)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred)
- Basic understanding of site design, grading, and construction documentation
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Strong interest in land development, site design, or civil infrastructure
Preferred:
- EIT certification or on track to obtain
- Exposure to land development or site design projects
