Lead Landscape Weeding Technician
Location: Elk River, Minnesota
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $23-27 per hour

Speedcutters is a professional lawn, snow, and tree care company committed to maintaining beautiful landscapes for residential and commercial properties. We are seeking a Landscape Weeding Technician to oversee and perform landscape maintenance, ensuring top-quality service for our customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pull weeds around homes and businesses to maintain well-kept landscapes.
- Apply chemical treatments to control weeds
- Assist with spring and fall cleanups, including leaf and debris removal.
- Support tree care operations
- Complete additional outdoor maintenance and odd jobs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscape maintenance, weeding, or similar outdoor work preferred.
- Ability to lead a small team and ensure quality results.
- Strong attention to detail and care for property appearance.
- Must be able to obtain a pesticide applicator’s license 2-4 weeks after hire.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
