Celebrate the spooky season with our first-ever Halloween Décor Tour! Elk River residents are invited to show off their best Halloween decorations – from creepy creatures to glowing pumpkins – and be featured on the official 2025 Halloween Tour Map. The 2025 Halloween Tour Map goes live on Friday, October 10, and will be available through Halloween night. Homes must be registered by Thursday, October 9. All registered homes will be on the map. The Elk River Fire Foundation, Central Lutheran Church, and Royal Supply, along with community members, will host the 4th annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner at Central Lutheran Church on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. This event is made possible by a donation from the Elk River Eagles #3264.
