Dr. Carrie Collyard-Glinsek is this year's Employer of the Year. Dr. Carrie bought, gutted, and rebuilt from the ground up the former school district building and turned it into a premiere health and wellness center in downtown Elk River. She spends time learning how to thank each of her employees in ways their personalities understand, in ways that are meaningful to the individual, which she believes is not the same for everyone. Her employees have stayed loyal to her from the beginning and rave about how that is due to Dr. Carrie's strong leadership and genuine care for them - both personally and professionally. She treats her team as a family, and as their team continues to grow, Dr. Carrie continues to show the same compassion and care to her new "family" members. For these many reasons and more, we are honored to name Dr Carrie Employer of the Year.
