Terry Withers has over a decade’s experience bringing improv comedy into the workplace. He got his start at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre (UCB) in New York City where he was a student, featured house performer, teacher, touring artist, and senior manager from 2007 to 2016. He left UCB in 2016 to begin a career as an independent improv artist, which has seen him tour the country with several comedy shows of his creation, serve as a management and education consultant for regional improv theaters and expand his relationship with a growing network of corporations interested in utilizing improv as a teaching tool.
