Speaker: Diane P. Lynch Resilience Coaching, Training and Facilitation
Wired for Survival: Resilient by Choice
is a practical, science-informed one-hour workshop that helps participants understand what’s happening in their brains and bodies when stress peaks, priorities collide, and emotions flare.
Participants will learn why overwhelm makes clear thinking harder, how fight or flight escalates as a protective survival response, and how to recognize early “body wisdom” cues before reactions take over.
Immediately usable regulation tools will be demonstrated to help decode internal signals, reduce cognitive overload and prevent future overwhelm.
