What makes people want to buy? There is a scientific process by which a consumer navigates to make a purchase and we can use that process to be more effective salespeople. The concept of informing on the features, showing the advantages and emphasizing the benefits is a tried and true method to help the customer make the right decision and buy what you are selling. This can apply to more than simply selling a product. We sell our services, our ideas, even ourselves all the time.
