This informational seminar will feature a representative from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) who will address many issues which enable people from other countries to enter and reside permanently in the United States, such as Immigrant Visa vs. Non-immigrant Visa, applying for an adjustment, Immediate Relative Petitions, and International Adoptions. USCIS will also touch on such issues as Asylum, Refugee Status, Humanitarian Parole and Temporary Protective Status. Congresswoman Bachmann invites all interested persons to attend.
