Description
Activities include:
Wildlife Poker Run, 10 AM Noon
Meet at Refuge Headquarters on CR 9 (5 miles west of US 169) at 10 AM to pick up map and drive to first stop by 10:15. Fun for the whole family! Collect a poker hand by driving to 5 special refuge sites to learn about the refuge. Then return to HQ to see whether you have a winning poker hand. Prizes for top 3 hands!
Book Signing and Chat with Stan Tekiela, author and nature photographer, 1:30 - 3:30 PM
Kids Crafts and Face Painting, 10 AM - 3:30 PM
Special Outdoor Art Activity for Kids, 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM
Food for Purchase by Firehouse BBQ all day
