This past year has held so much loss, and now we are all asking some hard questions: What have we lost? Is this grief? When did we experience trauma? How shall we cope? What does re-entry look like? Who have we become?
In this presentation, Dr. Mork will explore the questions that many of us are asking, and she will offer evidence-based strategies for post-COVID coping and resilience.
In this session, participants will
- Reflect on the losses related to the recent pandemic.
- Discuss questions regarding post-covid recovery.
- Formulate questions and explore responses and solutions in the area of trauma, mental health, and coping
