Downtown bars have agreed to partner again to bring about a second annual pub crawl Saturday, June 29th, for the benefit of the Elk River Independenance Day celebration.
The crawl will kick off with registration at 2:30 p.m. at the Elk River American Legion before making its way to Sunshine Depot, McCoy's Pub and the Eagles Club.
The legion will be accepting a good faith offering/donation throughtout the event. With a donation, participants are qualified for drink specials and a drawing for prizes, including a grand prize at each establishment. Participants must be present to will.
American Legion: 3 to 4 p.m.
Sunshine Depot: 4:15 to 5:15 p.m.
McCoy's: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Eagles: 6:45 to 7:45 p.m.
The Elk River Independence Day celebration is from 4 to 10 p.m. on July 4th at Lions Park. The Shane Martin Band will headline the event, and The Wrong Omar Band with special guest Becky Shaheen leading up the Matin's act. There will also be an Elk River Idol contest at 5:00 p.m. and a program at 4:00.
Fireworks will be at 10:15 p.m. Hope you can be there.
