Get ready for holiday cooking with bestselling author Stephanie Hansen in the learning kitchen! Celebrate the release of Stephanie's new publication from MNHS Press, True North Cabin Cookbook, Volume Two: Seasonal Recipes from a Cozy Kitchen. This follow-up to her bestselling 2022 debut, True North Cabin Cookbook: Recipes and Stories from a North Woods Table, focuses on festive gatherings. Stephanie will help you prepare for the holiday season by demonstrating and sampling two side dish recipes from the book plus a non-alcoholic version of her Thanksgiving punch. Following the demonstration, Stephanie will be signing copies of her new cookbook. Participants will receive a copy of Stephanie's latest book as well as a jar of herb salts for their Thanksgiving turkey.
