Construction Begins Soon

Construction of the Highway 169 and County Road 4 Improvements project is now planned to begin in late August / early September. This schedule adjustment follows ongoing efforts to finalize critical funding and grant agreements.

August Preconstruction Open House

Join us at our upcoming open house to prepare for construction. This meeting is an opportunity to speak with project staff and learn about construction timing, closures and impacts. There will be no formal presentation, so you may arrive anytime.

More about the project

Sherburne County, in partnership with the City of Zimmerman and MnDOT, is removing the existing traffic signal and constructing an interchange at the Highway 169 / Country Road 4 intersection. Construction will take place in 2025 and 2026.
