Pickleball Club Associate (must be 18+)
Location: Pickle Paradise – Elk River, MN
Type: Part-time (Evenings & Weekends)
Pay: $14–$16 per hour, depending on experience (pay raise opportunity after 3 months with positive performance)
Pickle Paradise is seeking dependable, customer-focused Club Associates to help deliver an exceptional guest experience in our indoor pickleball and social facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, can multitask, and is comfortable taking ownership of evening and weekend operations.
What You’ll Do
- Greet members and guests; check-in players and answer questions
- Operate POS system and CourtReserve for purchases and reservations
- Prepare and serve smoothies, coffee, snacks, and beverages
- Handle and serve alcohol responsibly (wine / beer)
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, front desk, and common areas
- Perform closing duties, including:
- Cleaning kitchen and counters
- Sweeping/mopping floors
- Vacuuming, dusting, and restocking supplies
- Cleaning restrooms and trash removal
- Cleaning event room after private events
- Sweeping/mopping courts, as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Must be able to legally serve alcohol in Minnesota (18+)
- At least 2 years of prior work experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently and making decisions
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Food service or beverage experience
- Gym, fitness center, or indoor recreation facility experience
- Basic Computer skills and POS system experience
