About Us

Cornerstone Automotive hasn’t always been “Cornerstone”, but we are a family-owned business that’s been around for over 60 years. The company was founded in the early 1960’s with Brookdale Ford, in Brooklyn Center, the largest Ford dealership in Minnesota for more than 35 years. We have been pursuing excellence ever since.

Cornerstone is a dependable business and neighbor, however, we refuse to stand still. Change is constant and the speed of change is fast in the car business. Customer preferences, economic conditions, new car models, transportation habits, competition, and technology are constantly reshaping the auto landscape. Even though there will always be forward thinking, our values hold true.
