The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic, faith-driven Next Gen Director to lead our youth (grades 6-12) and
young adult (ages 18-29) ministries. This is an exciting time to join our team as we embark on a
major expansion project that includes dedicated youth and young adult ministry spaces,
demonstrating our commitment to the next generation.
What You'll Do
● Provide pastoral leadership and oversight for both Youth and Young Adult ministries
● Create and maintain engaging environments for teenagers and young adults to
encounter God through fun, friendship, and discipleship
● Lead weekly programming and special events throughout the year
● Recruit, develop, and train volunteer leaders
● Provide spiritual guidance and discipleship to students grades 6-12 and young adults
● Engage parents in their children's spiritual formation
● Assist in budget management and ministry planning
● Participate in our broader church vision and community impact

● Bachelor's Degree
● Strong leadership and team-building abilities
● Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
● Excellence in preaching and teaching
● Ability to connect with both students and parents
