Compensation: $45,000–$50,000 annually, plus commission

Job Summary:
The Vision Companies is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Industrial Recruiter to join our growing team in Rogers, MN. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for light industrial and skilled trades positions, connecting qualified candidates with employment opportunities throughout the region.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping people find the right opportunities. You will source and interview candidates, coordinate placements, and collaborate closely with clients to support successful hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, recruit, and place candidates in light industrial and skilled trades positions
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal team members
  • Conduct interviews, candidate assessments, and reference checks
  • Coach and guide candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Present employment opportunities to candidates professionally and effectively
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and strengthen recruiting strategies
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruiting activity within internal systems
  • Manage recruiting pipelines and prioritize multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Participate in networking and community outreach activities as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
 
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of recruiting experience preferred
  • Manufacturing or industrial recruiting experience is a plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfort using recruiting platforms, computer systems, and other technology
  • Positive mindset with a strong sense of accountability and motivation
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
