Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Schedule: 25-30 hours a week | Timeframe is negotiable
Location: Kiser Construction
Reports to: Marketing & Business Development Manager

Kiser Construction is a fast-growing home and commercial restoration company, we focus on fire, water and storm restoration, along with remodels and accessibility jobs. We also have a strong community presence with our branding, event marketing, sponsorships, cause-marketing and social media marketing campaigns. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts and keep projects organized and on track and assist with networking and outreach.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department with day-to-day tasks including content scheduling, data entry, event coordination, customer communications, networking and B2B outreach. This individual will also provide phone answering back-up when needed. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, creative and eager to contribute to a growing team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts and email campaigns
  • Maintain marketing calendars and campaign tracking documents
  • Update website content and listings if needed
  • Help coordinate events, promotions, and Lunch and Learn materials
  • Create and format marketing materials such as flyers, signs, and presentations
  • Track and organize leads, customer data, and campaign results
  • Manage inventory of marketing supplies and promotional items
  • Networking and B2B outreach
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and email, text, phone correspondence

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Canva, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Experience in marketing or administrative support is preferred
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., CRM’s, Canva, Excel, Power Point, Podium, WP, Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus

Position Details:
  • Part-Time: 25-30 hours per week
  • Schedule: M - F
  • Pay: $20/hour
  • Work Environment: In Office/In the field
