How long has your company been in the Elk River area?

Serrano Brothers has been here since 2013 and was the winner of the New Business of the Year Award in 2016.

What was the inspiration behind Chow Grill?

We had a great catering company and our customers wanted more of our food on a daily basis. We wanted to create a special place for them to come beyond catering. Our vision is high-quality comfort food in a comfortable place.

Who does Chow Grill serve?

Anyone who likes to eat good food! Seriously, we have many repeat customers who come from near and far. We want to be a family-oriented place for everyone whether you are wearing contractor boots or celebrating a special night with a date; we want to be a comfortable place for everyone to feel at home.

Chow’s Investment in the Elk River and the Surrounding Area:

Our restaurant building represents a significant investment. Our family has lived here for 16 years, and we are invested in raising our kids here and providing great food for our community.

A Little-Known Fact About Chow Grill:

I’m a sucker for a good local sports team; sports of all kinds. Personally, I am passionate about basketball and baseball, and we support all types of sports teams – we want them to have their end of season banquets here, we want them to have the equipment they need, we want them to succeed.

Chow Grill’s Involvement with the Chamber:

The chamber has always been there for me from when we first started out, helping me find contacts to get things done to supporting what we do. We’ve been fortunate to cater some of the Chamber’s meals, but it goes way beyond that for us.

Chow Grill’s Involvement in the Community:

Beyond the sports teams, we have also supported CAER Food Shelf and other families we are made aware of in the community by donating food to them
