Community Leadership Application 2024-2025

Leadership Elk River is open to individuals who have a sincere commitment, motivation and interest to serve as well as the ability to make time and personal commitment necessary to derive the full benefit from the program.

Applications are due August 15th. Class size is limited and participants are selected on a first come, first serve basis upon completion of this application which shows interest in the community and potential for leadership.

Tuition for each participant is $700. Elk River Area Chamber of Commerce members receive a $100 discount, ($600). Payment is required before the first class in September.

Graduation Requirements

To graduate, participants may not miss more than 2 classes. If more are missed, the participant may make-up the missed sessions during the following program year and then receive a certificate of completion. No portion of the tuition will be refunded. Participants are expected to assist in facilitating one or more Community Leadership sessions the next program year. Facilitating includes arranging speakers, meals and transportation.
