Lupulin Brewing Company Announces Partnership with Rising Twin Cities Chef to Launch “Slice Craft”

As part of its 10th anniversary celebration, Lupulin Brewing Company is excited to announce a new partnership with a rising culinary talent from the Twin Cities to launch a fresh kitchen concept: Slice
Craft. This fast-casual, pizza-focused venture will take up a modular residency in Lupulin’s Big Lake taproom, offering guests a customizable, elevated dining experience centered on high-quality ingredients and personal pizzas.

Developed through close collaboration between Lupulin’s leadership and the Slice Craft culinary team, the kitchen will bring a new level of creativity and accessibility to taproom dining. From artisan focaccia-style crusts to a range of chef-curated and build-your-own toppings, Slice Craft offers fast, affordable, and imaginative food that pairs perfectly with Lupulin’s craft beer and cannabis brews.

“This is more than just a new food option in our taproom. It’s a commitment to a broader vision of hospitality and community,” said Jeff Zierdt, President and Co-Founder of Lupulin Brewing Company. “As we celebrate our tenth year, we’re also setting our sights on the next ten years. That means embracing creativity, collaboration, and a more inclusive approach to what a taproom experience can be.”

Led by the innovative chef behind Slice Craft, the kitchen will serve as both a launchpad for the concept and a collaborative space for culinary experimentation. The partnership aims to bring together some of the most forward-thinking minds in Minnesota’s food and beverage scene to create an evolving menu and experience.

The announcement is part of Lupulin’s 10th Anniversary Celebration, a milestone that reflects on a decade of growth, community, and brewing excellence. Looking forward, the brewery is expanding its vision to include more robust hospitality offerings. Plans include adding daytime lunch service, increasing event capabilities, and creating a welcoming space for groups of all kinds, whether or not their focus is on beer or THC beverages.

Slice Craft will begin its residency at the Big Lake taproom within the next year.
