All Elements Inc. Receives 2026 BBB Torch Award for Ethics

All Elements Inc., a family-owned roofing and exterior contractor based in Monticello, has been named a 2026 BBB Torch Award for Ethics winner for Minnesota and North Dakota. The BBB Torch Award for Ethics is one of the highest honors given by the Better Business Bureau, recognizing companies that demonstrate an exceptional commitment to ethical business practices in how they treat their customers, employees, and the communities they serve.
 
Each year, businesses from across Minnesota and North Dakota are evaluated through a detailed application and review process. Winners are selected based on their leadership, transparency, integrity, and the systems they have in place to build trust with customers, support their teams, and contribute positively to their communities.
 
Being named a BBB Torch Award for Ethics winner places All Elements among a select group of exceptional businesses that set the standard for doing business the right way.
 
For All Elements, the recognition reflects a way of operating that has been in place since the company was founded.
Since 2002, All Elements has served homeowners and commercial property owners across Minnesota as roofing specialists, focused on protecting properties from peak to pavement.
