Halloween Decor Tour

Celebrate the spooky season with our first-ever Halloween Décor Tour! Elk River residents are invited to show off their best Halloween decorations – from creepy creatures to glowing pumpkins – and be featured on the official 2025 Halloween Tour Map. 

The 2025 Halloween Tour Map goes live on Friday, October 10, and will be available through Halloween night.

Homes must be registered by Thursday, October 9. All registered homes will be on the map. Sign-up is free. Late submissions will be added to the online map after form submission but may not show in marketing materials.
