Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and coordinate restoration projects from initiation to completion. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple job sites, supervise crews and subcontractors, and ensure all work is completed to high standards, on time, and within budget.
- Project Oversight: Manage residential and commercial restoration projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance adjusters, and vendors; provide regular updates and ensure client satisfaction.
- Team Management: Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure safety, productivity, and workmanship standards are upheld.
- Estimating & Budgeting: Prepare or review estimates (Xactimate or similar), control costs, and monitor job profitability.
- Scheduling: Coordinate resources, materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed job records including photos, progress reports, change orders, and completion documents in BuilderTrend.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work is compliant with local codes, insurance requirements, and OSHA regulations.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency calls and assist in mobilizing crews and resources for immediate service.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
- Experience with fire, water, mold, and storm damage restoration strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with project management and estimating software (Xactimate, BuilderTrend or similar).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and scopes of work.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT, etc.) a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-call environment with flexibility in scheduling.
