Our mission is to provide exceptional service to homeowners and businesses during some of their most difficult times. We are looking for a motivated and dependable Runner & Apprentice to join our team, supporting our crews and learning the restoration trade from the ground up.
The Restoration Runner & Apprentice plays a key support role in ensuring projects run smoothly by assisting with deliveries, materials, equipment, and on-site support. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to learn the restoration industry, gain hands-on experience, and grow into advanced trade or project management positions.
- Job Site Support: Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed.
- Logistics: Assist project managers and crews by running errands, picking up supplies, and coordinating deliveries.
- On-Site Apprenticeship: Shadow skilled technicians and learn restoration techniques (fire, water, and storm damage).
- General Labor: Help with cleanup, debris removal, setup of drying equipment, and other basic tasks.
- Inventory Support: Track, load, and unload equipment, tools, and materials.
- Customer Support: Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients and vendors.
- Teamwork: Be available to assist wherever needed to keep projects running smoothly.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (required).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude.
- Interest in construction, restoration, or related trades is a plus.
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or restoration is helpful but not required – training will be provided.
